Thanks to all of you early participants. I will try to be thorough about ranking and giving feedback so everyone will know where I stand. I would really like to be able to have something that would stand alone from the text Gray Homes LLC but also be a part of the overall logo, I hope that makes sense. Which for design #5 would be the house structure, but it might need a little more to it, so that hopefully helps saturninus. I'm liking the coloring thus far as well. Design #4 I would like to see the G inside the H white so that it is subtracted from the H, wondering if I'll like that better, thanks ZeroG. Design #8 needs something, not sure what, maybe a box around the whole thing, or something. That probably doesn't help much, I like whats there but it's like it's lacking something. Design #11 Really like the type of Gray Homes LLC but the icon is a little too abstract. I would love to have a stand alone icon like you've started, but not as abstract.

Thanks again I hope this helps!

Updates... #15 the "G" is subtracted from the "H".
#16 "Gray" is Gray
#17 Subtracted "G" is also outlined
Let me know if there are any other changes or concepts you would like to see, and I will see what I can come up with as well.

Saturninus I really like the "sketchy" text in design number #20 but don't like the house image. Try to combine the house image from #5 and maybe even add that Sketchy feel to it. I was also thinking the house might look better above the text instead of to the right. thanks

For some further inspiration
There is a website at www.elkridgeheights.com I really love the sketchy artistic feel of their logo
If there was a way to capture that feel and relate it to Craftsman Style Homes, or Rustic Mountain Style Homes, that would be perfect.

Thanks so much to all of you for your designs

Hi. Earlier you've said you like the clean type of #11 and now you're liking a sketchy, look. Is there one general look you'd like us to explore or are you open to ideas from either end of the spectrum?

Also, do you have a URL to a photo of a house that reflects the style that you build? I'm not 100% sure I know the style. Thanks.

Sorry Charcoal, I didn't mean to confuse anyone, I am open to all types. I like both the sketchy and the very clean, I was just trying to further the direction of where a couple of the logos had gone. I would like to have quite an array of styles for my team to choose from. This is really going to help us establish an identity as a whole company. I'm also going to attach a url of a house style that I build. Thanks

#Saturnius #24, if you put a litle cut so the dark brown house forms a "G" instead of "C" -it will be a perfect logo...:)great work..

thanks for your feedback..
I just submit as your request: #59 & #60

Thanks Zie, I like it a lot. The lighting is nice, giving it some dimension, it will be great for using it in printed material, but probably not for using the logo on a t-shirt. Will I be able to use it the way it is, but also remove the glare for certain instances?
