Avgass (aviation gas? - I burn quite a bit of that in my day-to-day hobby...but I digress...) - WELCOME! Love it. Love it!!! #20 is sweet. Suggestions for consideration (not all but as you see fit): can the font square up, italicize (as you've done) but possibly be a little less "roundy" (word?)? Can the motto typeface be less casual, sans serif, italicized, sweeping or otherwise high-tech? Yes, simple is best. But we will also have the opportunity to emblazon this same logo down the side of a 53' long, 8' high moving semi trailer so you do have some "room" to work with adding a few more elements. Can the flag stylize a little more and take on more of the uniform elements? There is the sweeping golden swoop that is segmented by vertical lines (rather see that done at a slant for movement) and a gloss golden triangle - see the file upload. Trying to work on that theme from the moment the band's moving truck arrives with their gear to the moment they set foot on the field - there's the golden swoop/triangle thing. Again, just suggestions - take it where you feel moved! You rock. - Rich
Hey Rich - cheers for the good words! Yea, aviation gas - military pilot was plan A, unfortunately missed that by the skin of my teeth so now I'm a salesman lol.. Graphics are my hobby. Anyway, re the logo - will work on some of those suggestions a bit later on for you.
Hi Rich - hopefully an improvement.. Squared up the text, stylised the flag and went for darker shades of (especially) purple. Tried giving it that American sports feel. Feedback would be great with so little time left - may be able to squeeze in another version?
