I need an emblem with the name outside the emblem as the emblem will be used for a number of subsidiaries as well as the parent company.

Please Google "Gordian Knot" to understand where the name is derived from as it describes what our company has weathered recently -- The Gordian Knot is a legend associated with Alexander the Great. It is often used as a metaphor for an intractable problem, solved by a bold stroke ("cutting the Gordian knot").
