I like the tree against the blue circle. Entry 25 is a little hard to read due to the colors and I wasn't sure what #24 was but it looked like a wood shaving. If so, I'm not sure that it's decipherable to most people at firs glance. Thanks for the good entries and we'll be evaluating to the end of the contest.
On entry #44, could you please make the following modifications: 1. increase the size of the crescent with the tree. 2. increase the size of the words 'Wood Works' to about the same size as the 'Good Earth' (keep the same brown color), 3. place the text 'Charlotte - 1978' underneath 'Wood Works'. 4. remove the tag line 'Charlotte's handcrafted cabinets for lasting value'. Client likes this logo as it's not too cluttered and is visually attractive.
Adjusted design with suggested adjustments - bigger 'crescent', 'Wood Works' increased in size and new wording underneath. A couple of small variations to follow...
One last change request. Can you please alter the tree to have the shape of a 'coastal oak tree'. This is wide and flat at the bottom and more rounded on the top. I have posted some samples of what I'm talking about at: http://lclmkt.com/tree/oaktrees.bmp
