Love the concept! Would it be possible to see a version with the "Since 1995" in grey and also see a verion with the flag on the left side.

Thanks for the feedback, I was keen to give the logo a very high-end feel while keeping it simple for both web and print applications. Are you happy with the red and blue combo? I think the warmth of these two colours make it very luxurious while also giving it a subtle nod to the colours of the US flag. The serif font gives it a much higher-end look too and I've chosen one that has very round letters to imitate the roundness of a golf ball. Most importantly, I've designed this to make sure both the words and image will be easily recognizable when small or viewed from a distance.

I'm at work at the moment (10am here) but I look forward to working with your suggestions when I get home this evening.

That was a very good idea putting the since 1995 in grey. I think my favourites of these are #95 and #97.

I posted some comments on the main forum and mentioned your work. You've got my vote at this point.
The owner would like to see a square golf flag since he says that is the traditional shape of a golf pin (i'm not a golfer so i wasn't aware of that). My favorite is the golf flag going through the middle of the name.

I'm loving the collaboration with your feedback... the square flag definitely makes it look more authentic and specific to golf.

A couple more variations... #108 is just to try the square flag on the left and #107 has an added green to give the flag a place to sit and to illustrate the concept of a circuit.

OK... I've been thinking about the need for a stand alone icon that is unique enough to be trade marked. I've uploaded #110 just so you can see where my design is currently at without the text. I think this is strong enough to act as a stand alone image and would would nicely in one or two colours or reversed on shirts, caps and other promo items.

Re #109... What are your thoughts on dropping the 'since 1995' from the logo? Having just the illustration and business name makes for a nicely balanced two elements. I'm happy to work go with your direction, but would counsel that fewer elements will help to create a simple, clean and strong result.

Thank you for the updates! I'm really liking the flag with the blue "circuit". Clever. Makes it stand out and memorable. I like the new square flag better . My favorite is the square flag on #106 (center and leaning to the left). Would it be possible to see #106 with the blue circuit at the bottom. And one with a grey circuit? We can leave the Since 1995 off for now. Thanks for your thoughts on that. I think the flag and circuit could stand alone and also complement the name as a complete logo.

I just realized that #107 already has a faint "circuit" at the bottom. Would it be possible to to darken it up a bit. The flag and location are great.

Just looking at your site again and thought I should provide options using Gill sans bold #146 and Verdana #147 as it looks like these may be the two font families you already have in use.

His response to your designs, was although very nice, they are difficult to see the name Golf Circuit. We like your work and would love to see some additional submissions.

I just wanted to add that we really like your work and would love it if you could submit some logos with the new guidelines: the two options are to make the name Golf Circuit the logo with the initial G so the it can stand alone as a logo for smaller applications. Also include the "Since 1995".

I forgot to describe the second options: The second option would be a logo that represents online shipping(e-commerce) and golf.

I like the new direction in the brief, it makes a lot more sense of what you're wanting to achieve.Here's my first thought on the new direction (#162) I've done this in my lunch break, so will have to come back to evolve it later... I wanted to get the initial concept up for your feedback. I've got a couple other ideas I'll also try that might make it the e-commerce side of things a little more obvious.

The Logo on the Bag should be a G that is easier to read. You could include something that says golf as well.
