We would like the logo to convey movement/motion.

We don't want any gradients in our logos, solid colours only please.

#15 the cogs work well to convey mechanical, maybe this is better included in the Motorised word tho.

We also like the reference to power button in the O in #4 and would like to see more design iterations with this included.

No need to be mentioned here. Would be better in individual comment.
The designer who can explore the concept was the only one who came up with those first.
