I like #5. It's really clean.

Would it be possible to see #5 with no drop shadow and the Hat a little closer to the text? Im thinking that might be a little better.

Would it be possible to make the O a cog? (on both #13 and #5)

Tried to work in a bit more of a gadgetry look without getting too much like the Robots movie logo. ;-)
