Great work! However, I don't think it is right for our company in its present form as it is much more traditional in appearance than our desired positioning. We want to promote a look of cutting edge technology development. So maybe something much less ornate and more streamlined, simple, understated, clean is the best look for us. Could you rework the elements to simplify the logo? Examples of my favorites are: Microsoft, HP, IBM, Cisco. My preference is to downplay the globe and as a central theme as well and have the name be the focal point. A unique logo font with treatment (ie Microsoft) would be the best.
