I like the globe, is there anyway of playing with it so the design itself is made up of the letters G, B, A? Just curious. Your getting to the Alliance part but not quite there. Prefer palette on #16.

Nice job. Any chance you could try it with just two colors in the text. One for Global Banking, a second one for Alliance for Women?
