Hi Desine

Would it be possible (assuming its allowed) to see the design with the blue block facing the other way. One of the comments regarding the design was we are talking about growth and the top of the design points downwards. It would point upwards if it flipped over to the other direction.

Also, assuming we select you as the winner, will you supply a Vector Art EPS file and tell us what the names of the fonts you have used are?
