I realized I missed the note on 2 or 3 spot colors. On my previous entries I will reduce a color. But notice on the previous entries I added a 50% and 70% screens on the stage light colors, not sure that is okay either. You did say you didn't want gradient. This design is 3 spot colors but black would be a fourth if needed. I will knock out the dna strand pattern from the color. But if needed I will keep the overlapping file for your printer to knock out and trap the color in case black is a printed color.

This one is 3 spot colors with 70% and 30% screens though for transparency on stage lights and reflection.
Again black would be a 4th color
