good start... try something with a little more happening and the dna symbol more a subtle background element.
any way to bring more "having fun" image to it? (Darn I feel like one of those pickey CH's who doesn't know what I want! HA!)

I will hold off ranking until I get more entries...

Mike she loves your design BUT it is too close to one that they did a few years ago... (I didn't know) PLEASE try something else though! I am leaving it where it is for now but that is what she said. wish I could show you last year's - it was amazing.

Mike really like the direction you are going look forward to showing her... One thing the guitars kinda look a little uke like - what if you were to do it with parts of the instruments rather than the whole thing? Maybe do a clipping path kinda like the dna strand with the instruments inside???? but make it a bit different from the initial set up since it was too close to what they did before - I may be all wet with this idea but since I cant enter myself - try it for me! Carol

Mike - your turn - can you think of a way to keep the look and feel of your entries 32-97-98 but switch from guitar focus to something more generic music and very simple? Maybe give it a try? let me know if you have any other ?s
