clean, modern, and professional... the logomark itself has strong conceptual relativity to what you guys do and it pulls it off in a focused manner... it breaks down to one color well (watermarks, embossing, etc) and reads/scales well to small sizes...
I would strongly recommend that you don't have your strapline (Doctor's prescript...) in the logo design itself for a couple of reasons: 1. too wordy, simple wins - your trying to convey a sense about what you guys do - not tell a story... your branding, marketing materials, web interface will handle all of that... 2. If you decide to change it in the near future then there isn't a need to update the logomark files...
