What We Do
This beach bar is within an umbrella of three restaurants/bars, "Portofino Bay" restaurant does upscale dining, "The Deck" is a bar with weekend entertainment with bands on Friday and Saturday nights, and the new "Gilligan's Beach Bar" is a tiki hut on a big white sand beach which does tropical drinks, beer, and sandwiches.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
Just something that makes you feel like you would be on an exotic island sipping margueritas, somewhere in the world. The name is "Gilligan's Beach Bar" and we have an old boat sunk on the beach. The structure is an old fashioned Tiki bar, 12X12 feet square, with sides that open up during the day, and pull down at night. Since the main restaurant (Portofino Bay) is Italian... maybe something like Capri? Light-hearted, colorful, laid back, fun! Possibly a Jimmy Buffet feel.
