Can you please:1- Make the clef sign and also the & symbols less pronounced2- Make the name Gilbert and Lawrence slightly more pronounced3- Make a version with and without the tag line "it's about the love of music"thanks. 14 years ago Dallas Strings Client # 16- Don Gato, can you change the font style to number 20. thanks. 14 years ago Dallas Strings Client #20 Don Gato- can you please try to do this? Even though the clef is down played (in #1) it is still too much with the ampersand. (should not occur at the same time – visually confusing/too similar) The ampersand is too bold/big. I would lose the all caps title case (knock down the G, L). There is some elegance lost with the heavier font weight on Gilbert, Lawrence Gilbert & Lawrence is the bill so music should be smaller and possibly centered underneath (maybe charcoal instead of black). 14 years ago Dallas Strings Client #42- Please see comments below. thank youHi Ron, Here are Paul’s comments on logo #41: #41 is good. They morphed the Ampersand and Clef together. Smart move. Initially, it appears as almost the same symbol. I think this concept can be worked around a little more. Maybe a little more conservative clef, possibly a square box, lighter than black. The circle works because of the curves in the clef but this example may be too liquid. 14 years ago Dallas Strings Client item #1 Don GatoHi Ron,There were a couple more comments that Paul had, but overall he said that the one you have ranked #1 is the best and it is a good logo. I know you are running short on time with this (if you have any time left at all). You can go with #1, and if anything have him just lighten the circle behind the ampersand/clef a little bit. What he did on the edits on page 2 is too light. Just a couple of shades lighter would do the trick. Thanks. 14 years ago
