I like #1 and #3 the best -- colors are nice. What makes #1 stand out to me is the quotation box around LeadCon, the way you incorporate GGFYP and use the word presents (the script font works well in that place); and also use script font for this year's theme. #3 jumps out at me because of the expression box around the name. The quote bubble for the letter "O" throws me off a little bit. I like it, but my wife asked if that was supposed to be a Q. #2 is more simple and has the same effect for the letter "O," which is why I ranked that third.
I really like the dialogue box around "leadcon" in submission 1. It reminds me of the dialogue boxes in comic books. The text of "Next Level Leadership" is a bit small. A bit more color would help submission 1 stand out more.
