I like this but am leaning more towards the more ribbony look like the one ranked first now.

I forgot. This form of the letter X is of course also a hidden medical cross.

The character is mainly the letter "X" but its parts are arrows pointing inwards. Arrows inwards is the concentration of many people (specialties) from different sides in one matter. I'm not sure if I explained it correctly.

My apologies. The concept of using the X isn't working out. I prefer the designs that show that we will be working with health plans, providers and patients to find win win solutions. Thank you for all of your creative ideas!

Go to Venthio.com and look at their work to find Kinetix. See if that gives you any additional ideas since I like the way they are using the X and wonder if you could add a bigger version as the graphic? Just a thought?
