Like #5. Can you create just a little more spacing between the letters of HEALTHY and make the entire GET HEALTHY NOW! portion a bit (10% maybe) wider so that it takes on more of a rectangular shape (vs. square) and gives more room for the Help Yourself. Help Your Community slogan.Having a little more space between letters and vertically between GET and HEALTHY will also look better if we do embroidery.
Let's tweak #5. I like the colors as they are. Keep the H in healthy as is (don't rotate like you did in #18) but just put a couple of pixels more vertical distance between Get and Healthy. Match the spacing that currently exists between Healthy and Now.
In addition, let's see what it looks like if you create a circle around the Get Healthy Now part of the logo and at the top of the circle wrap Help Yourself. Help Your Community and at the bottom of the circle put www.HealthyNowProgram.com
I want the logo to have a white background within the circle so that it really jumps out regardless of the background color.
I envision this logo to be on buttons and on medals so having it become a circle shaped might be ideal.
I'm going to choose your concept but want to make some final tweaks before the contest ends so I extended the contest 2 days for you and I to work together to get the final product ready by then. I love it! Just trying to tweak it so that it isn't too crowded or busy.
Let's tweak #25. I like that the circumferencing words above and below are within the borders of a circle...think that looks better than just hanging above. Let's try this:
1 - I'd like the full leg to be within the circle or oval (like in #38)
2 - Let's see what #25 looks like if it's slightly oval (like #38)
3 - Include the 12 Week Program line under the logo but make that tagline straight across (not curving to match the oval)
4 - The goal is to have the logo not look too "crowded" and to not have any portions of the GET HEALTHY NOW portion of the logo touching any of the surrounding borders
1 - Let's try a Century Gothic font for "Help Yourself. Help Your Community." and for www.HealthyNowProgram.com and put a little more spacing between the letters. It's OK to have it wrap around a little more.
2 - Make 12 Week Program century gothic bold and make a little smaller.
1 - Let's try an ARIAL bold font for Help Yourself. Help Your Community and for the www.HealthyNow Program.com
2 - Widen the character spacing in www.HealthyNowProgram (like you did with Help Yourself. Help Your Community.)
3 - Change the hyphen a the top to a period. Want it to say: Help Yourself. Help Your Community
4 - Change the 12 Week Program to all caps: 12 WEEK PROGRAM
5 - Let's make the orange and blue ring around the outside a little thicker to see what that looks like. It's OK if that makes the overall logo a little bigger
1 - Let's go back to the circle (instead of the oval). I would like the circle borders to look exactly like the ones in #98 (thicker outer border, thinner inner border)..let's try having both be orange...I think that puts the focus on the blue lettering and icon. That will also create some more room below the NOW for the 12 Week Program. If you need to interrupt the inner orange circle with the leg of the icon that is OK
Hi dr Kevin Of course you'll get the color and black and white version, I've upload the entry for you to see what it look like in black and white #100 and grayscale version #101 Thanks, Paul
Paul...I just showed it to some more people and could you widen the spacing between the inner and outer orange rings just a bit to leave a little more space for the Help Yourself. Help Your Community. and www.HealthyNowProgram.com? Just a very small amount more...that way it will look less crowded. They said it looked like it made it harder to read.
Let's finish up the colored version (will have final feedback for you tomorrow) then we can convert to black and white.
