Hi, love to contribute here... hope you like my first draft.

New, #33. Another map pin, in different style.

#35 : "P" as map pin.

#36 : same idea as #35.

#38 : extended #36.

I think the colors are a bit too bright/loud. Also, it seems the designs look too much related Golf, and not Real Estate.
