For my concept I have created an iconic element relating to several attributes of your company. Shown in the icon is the roof of a building or home with a 'shining' graphic behind it. To me, this conveys several ideas.
First, it obviously relates to the real estate market. Secondly, the 'shining' element relates to a bright future, finding the right home, and the fact that the homes are, or have the potential to be, good quality investments or residences.
I have selected the cool blue coloration based on the neutral palette of other entries that have been submitted but the coloration of the logo can be altered to your liking.
