I liked your 2nd design but there are quite a few logos from other builders in the area that look the same. So I would like to stay away from this. I like your 1st entry because it was a little different. I am not sure how it would look on our signs at our job sites., it may be a little to blocky and I am not sure it represents some of the newer homes we are doing that are not on our site yet. The main reason for the logo re-dsign is we will doing a new web design with a little more pop. Hope this is helpful.
Totally different progressive direction. If you like the general idea of these, but want more of a residential flavor we could easily add that, but I thought I'd show you these first. Let me know and thanks for the feedback, it really helps! Jason
It feels like more of a commercial real estate sign that I would see on a building going up. For that application this one would work well, but not for us in the residential area.
