Nice job. I am a little concerned on how this would look on a sign. Our signs are anywhere from 2'x2' to 6'x6' The lighter green background may be a liitle to much. I would like it to pop a little more.
Here I have an abstraction of homes and roof lines that also give the subliminal image of arrows pointing up. I used transparency to add interest to the graphic. It communicates depth, that you are more than two dimensional.
Here is another treatment of the overlapping initials, this time distinguished by transparency. The initials fit together with precision (a valuable quality for someone who is in the development business. Transparency, is archetypally associated trustworthiness: having nothing to hide.
