Hello,

No pain at all. Revisions are easy to make especially the color related ones. Don't hesitate to ask for more. I'll upload your requested version now.

Thanks,
Andrei

Andrei - it looks like we are going to choose #221. Congratulations. Considering the exceptionally creative submissions in this contest, you should be proud.

I would like to adjust the font however. We uniformly prefer a typeface similar to that in #193 or #110. These were not yours, But I don't believe that fonts are proprietary. the creative portion we chose was the logo.

Once approved, we'll need to get a version as it is (with corrected font), plus a version in PMS colors (silver, blue & black) for easy replication on cartons, and if possible, please add a TM version to both (total of 4 copies of the same logo). We will use the non-TM version in other parts of the world, and the TM version in the USA.

thank you very much and please let me see your final font revisions ASAP and we'll select the winner formally in a few hours!

Hello,

I've submitted the typeface revisions, and will add the TM version in the final logo package. Let me know if there's anything more.

Thank you,

Thanks Andrei. We love it and once the contest dispute resolution is over, we will move forward. I wanted you to know we viewed your final submissions very differently than we did say #203. We saw that as a beautiful design, playing on the whole globe-shape, and even a snail which was submitted later on even. Yours looked to us like the end of a roll of film, our core product, and we ultimately liked the simplicity. It seemed you listened to our concerns about simple, easy to print, easy to read, and put it to work. Overall, an outstanding design, and we're very happy with how it will look in use.

Hello,

I apologize for the situation and for any bad outcome for you. I've seen that Greenlite got ahead of the situation and used harsh words and accusations with no real verdict at hand, but that's how things work out sometimes.

I am glad you like my design and I hope you'll be able to use it for your business, but I cannot guarantee anything. It's not up to me. It's up for the rest of the designers to review both concepts and see that there isn't any real similarity there.

Once again I'm sorry for the situation created.

Thanks,
Andrei

Understood. If you boil it down, I interpret his as a globe with a swirl inside - yours as a G with two elements. Aside from the fact that the color schemes and overall "roundness" are similar, that's all I see frankly.

He needs to get beyond this and be a professional at this point. If I thought you'd stolen something - believe me - you and I would not be corresponding.

Best regards
