Genepsis MediaLogo Design Contest

Hey guys, I'm not interested on having an actual translation on the logo. As per the colors I like Blue, green and orange. 3D is a plus when working on both letters and logo.

There is not tagline for for this logo.
For everyone I want you to think of Sprint, NBC, Picasa and Acura for this logo. Nothing so simple but still no so busy. Please avoid having GM as part of the logo in a regular font shape as I would really like to avoid clients make them think of General Motors. Also please keep in mind the color palette blue, green and a touch of orange.

#6 I really like your concept, especially the shape of the g and m merging into one figure. I would like to see more work regarding the shape of the blue mark.
#5 I'm not a big fan of symmetry shapes (circles, triangles, squares). I do like the idea of having a mark as part of the logo, thanks for that.

I'm looking for dimension in the design. The shape of the mark should have depth and not look flat. Keep letters flat.

Also, very important, avoid using black... letters, background, etc.

Hey guys.
I know some other ideas will come up soon. The Genepsis Media logo has to be unique. Please keep in mind that my market is the United States so avoid logos looking similar to General Motors, GlaxoSmithkline, and Viagra/Pfizer. These companies are very strong in the US. I want to attract Filmmakers and Banks for translation services, and artists looking for Spanish Voice coaching. Very important companies/institutions and VIP clients from the Entertainment Industry.

I'm excited to see how things evolve. Thanks everybody for your efforts and thanks to all the new entries.

I want you guys to spend more time on the icon. This is very, very important for me. When there is a list of sponsors of an event and Genepsis Media is sponsoring, I want my logo to highlight. So imagine if there is no space to write Genepsis Media and there is only space for the icon. I want the icon to be self-sufficient in a list of sponsors. I hope this gives you a better idea of what I'm looking for.

Please read my notes before you update or make a new entry so you don't have to work extra. As I said before the icon is very important for me. Please keep working with blue, green and orange, especially for the letters. Feel free to use one or more colors on the icon. The icon doesn't necessarily have to be in a certain way to look like the G and the M. It can be and abstract shape and please stay away from symmetry: circles, triangles, squares, rectangles, etc. I need dimension in the icon, 3D, impressive, powerful.

Hey there. Thanks all for your time.

As we move along this project I'm starting to like font all in small caps. The Reason is that GENEPSIS MEDIA all in caps have symmetry and I'm trying to stay away from it. I also think that a small cap 'g' and 'm' give you guys more chances to play around with its shape. Again, nothing is set on stone and I'm open for interesting suggestions.

#47 I like it. You are getting close to what I'm looking for. Can you please reverse the order of the colors orange and blue? I would like to see how it looks.

#37 Yours is also interesting. Can you change the font of 'media' and leave it in any 'script' font? And also keep them all small caps. Also I would like to see some other versions of the icon.

#49 I'm liking this one a lot. Looks very promising. I'm thinking of a little update on the icon. Can you put the colors orange in the front, just the way it is now, but reverse the colors with the blue and orange. In that way I would have orange on the color of the icon, green as the first shadow and blue as the last shadow on the back. Leave 'genepsis' media the way it is (genepsis in blue, media in orange and both dots on green). Thanks!

Can you please invert the colors? I would like to see how it looks the 'g' in blue and the 'm' in orange in the icon, as well as 'genepsis' in blue and 'media' in orange. Also can you have both words all in lower case?

Can you please make some other versions with the icon just a little small, 'no' gm on the icon and place it on the left, center and right of the logo?. (Three separate versions)

#80 Thanks for your hard work. Can you please add the little shadow on the bottom the the icon.
I love the way the 'm' fits into the white area. Can you work just a little bit more on the 'g' either spread the g a little more or move the green area more towards the g. The 'm' is fine the way it is.
I was also thinking if you you can make one version with out the letters on the icon, but instead have the green area shaping into gs and ms in a 3D format just like the white area. I hope I'm explaining my self clearly.

#80 For the other version I was telling about, I see it as having the white area, and through the holes which will be in the shape of gs and ms we will see the color green through them. Thank You so much.

#88 Can you lightly touch the edges of the sphere? Not too much, but I would like to see the icon in a sphere shape.

#91 Excellent. Just if you can still work a little more on the thickness of the white area. I would like to see the gm's a little bigger/bold so then I will see less white and more green. I still want to see the green sphere a little deeper. More like in #80.
Imagine that I step by the edge of the white area and I look down and the green area is very deep inside.
