ALL: dark text/logo on light background is preferred

#10: good design. the diamond icon is too realistic/specific, can you make it more abstract-looking (like #s 2 and 3). also can you make the text a little bolder? the font is good. we really like how the trail from the T connects to the G.

#3: very nice icon. can you make it dark on light? this is a nice font too but slightly plain. we don't like the sparkles, can you remove the sparkles and make the font slightly more unique (something, for instance, like in #10 how the trail from the T connects to the G)
