Hi I really re-evaluated your #144 logo. but would like to try a bolder version of this font, is it possible?

Could you pls explain the meaning of the icon in #230 and #231?
The typeface in #226 is now too bold; could you pls reduce it to something between ##226 and #174 using a color treatment similar to #174 (could you pls try variation in other colours too in the word?); pls also get rid of the reflection in the icon.

This option with a less bolder font.
I like this idea a lot. The symbol shows protection, security and movement, is an abstract and easy idea of a house but with the union and technology message, is very easy to recordation and look proffessional is different but great, hope you like it. thanks.

Novaera, I'm not evaluating logos that differ from #243; could you pls just
i. keep the letters colour treatment as in #283 but pls keep the logo exactly as in #243?
ii. maintain the same ball (no shadow reflection pls) as in #243 and try to change the little home inside it (a little bit more stylized)
