Thanks for staying active! I like the changes. I wonder what it would look like to have "Geek" in a more military-ish font, or perhaps the same font as "Brigade"...

Here it is with a military "geek" typeface. IMO it completely nullifies the "geek" aspect of the name. I kept "geek" originally in the first typeface to add a touch of geek to the graphic, this one has no geek to it.

I see where you're coming from. I'm going to leave the original ranked number 1 for now but it helps to have a comparison. Many of the early designs from other artists seemed to "geeky", and had too many small elements. I think the word geek by itself is so straightforward that it gets the point across.

changed the geek font so it goes more in line with geek, and the 2 e's being glasses, in a very subtle way :)

I am moving several designs to the "not interested" pool just to clean things up. I am trying to decide if I like your first helmet better than the revised helmet. I just realized entry #45 is sort of a hybrid of the two. Do you think that's definitely an improvement over the helmet in #14?

I do personally feel its an improvement, else I wouldnt have submitted it. I feel the shape isnt as "ancient" as the original while the netting, star and camo just emphasizes the "this is military" message. It is your opinion that counts most strongly though, and any suggestions you have I can try to work in, any revisions needed I can do :)

I've made some changes to the original hat, and added it to the latest text, so you can do a side-by-side comparison :)

Very nice. I think that captures the elements I most liked about the hat. Can you show me what it would look like if "Geek" was in the same style, but all capital letters?

Also, when you upload the next design, would you upload both white and black backgrounds? Thanks so much!

ok, geek all in caps, and on white background. For the white background I did two different font color combinations, just so you can figure out how best you like it :)
