Hi Ed - Success and Series should be prominent...is no secret should be small. example:
SUCCESS
is no seret
SERIES
You should be able to see Success and Series in the distance and as you walk up to the logo
"is no secret" becomes distinguishable. Gary Kadi should be in smalller font. I like the idea of the cross between the I and S but use company colors.
