Our Ideas and Additional Information:

i have sketched an idea that came to mind that is known in my industry it is a ven diagram of 3 circles intersection - this is a common representation to the bio-psycho-social approach of medical care. However, spirit is a big part of grieving...we need all of them. So a heart around the 3 intersecting circles.
