Thank you for putting in an entry. Really like the conept of the van, in particular #24 as its facing the right way. Love the van and the shadow, but finding the background too busy though - would you mind making it less clutter, although its great having the rock it does make it quiet busy. Maybe try one without the sun and rock, and one with the Ayres Rock. Would you mind also changing the font of our slogan to something different (easier to read for our target marget but still comical), and try one with a corked aussie hat, and one without? Some of the team would also like to see the left eye (looking at it) raised a little compared to the right to see what it looks like. Excellent interpretation of our brief, -really happy with the van - only minor changes please!
Hi Mr Mood Still loving the campervan, which has been our challenge, but hoping for some more changes to the font so we are sold. Can we change the font of 'gallivanting oz' and maybe not have it all in capital letters to see what it looks like - either bright orange or dark brown, or you can surprise us. Looking for a comical font - there are fonts from other contestants that we like more, but again you've got the campervan nailed. Don't like the font at all on #30 - like font most on #32/#31. Some of us like the hat, some don't . If we can get the font right, still unsure about Ayres Rock. Please come back to us with a few variations, as we are very keen on the campervan, but its not ticking all the boxes just yet. Thank you very much for your efforts so far.
Hi Mr Moon Thanks for the new designs. Still prefer the camper van bigger and to the side with the slogan on the right - liked how that was a little different. Can you try the writing style for slogan of #31, but in a different (darker) colour or dark brown if it works? Now we just need to figure out where to put the words 'gallivanting oz' - not sure if up top or down bottom works best, but no need for 'gday mate' bubble as we'll have 'tips' throughout the website in speech bubbles so will be an overkill. The style of 'gallivanting oz' is still not 100% what we are after - but still really liking the campervan. #41 appeals for the fact it's simple, but no speech bubble, and the slogan moved to the side with different font. Some of us prefer Ayres Rock and hat, others like it simple. Probably no Opera House, but do like that you're thinking outside the box. Can you do something with this? - using your talent to play around with different font styles and colours - remember comical (but easy to read) is what we are after, as you're close, just not quite there yet. Some of the other designers have nailed the font, but not the camper if that helps for a bit of inspiration. Thanks again for the contributions.
Mr Moon - sorry to give you more information, but I've just had a play on our website, and your colours aren't working that well against what we have. Would you mind moving away from 'red orange' and towards a bright orange (there's a few others that have got the colour perfect). While before I said have the slogan to the side, how about keep on the side, but the other side of the camper - but keep the camper pointing the same direction. This could work well with our website and ensure we can still read the slogan. Still need to you work on the words 'gallivanting oz' as we're not fans of the font or colour. The actual van colours don't need to change - just the words and any background image. I've moved #41 up to 2nd place currently as those colours work best with our website. - Van needs to be bigger though like your others - keep the shadow. Probably nothing in the background is good - and you'd better do one with a hat and one without if it's fairly easy so we can see what we like best - like the hat in #43. Please do not have speech bubble that says 'gday mate' or any kind of speech bubble. I've only moved it up to there as it works the best for us. THANKS!
Hi Mr Moon, Now we're cooking, liking the changes alot. Would you mind making a couple more for us, please? The orange colour of Gall OZ is more the right colour, but now we just need it brighter/darker so it stands out more. I think it's shaded so darker at the bottom of the letters - if we can go with it all that dark, or are there some other ways you can make the words stand out more? Like that font though, so if we can keep that, would be good. Slogan seems to be fine - unless we switch the colours around - dark/bright orange for slogan and dark brown colour for company name? Not sure if that would work? #58, #56 and #57 are all up there - perhaps on #56, just bring the slogan down a line so more centered between the bottom of the logo and the bottom of the lettering of Gall OZ. Again, no need to change style of font, as happy with that - just colourings still aren't quite right for us yet. Thanks again for your designs, really liking the van!
Hi Mr Moon, Ok we are really getting to the pointy end of the competition now, and we really like #66, but please take away Ayres Rock for us. So we like that colour and style of font for 'Gall Oz', but can you please make the slogan the same shade of orange that you have used for #67 (gall oz). Glad you're having fun - we are really happy with the level of work. As you can probably tell our favourite keeps changing by subtle changes.
As suggested, took away the rock. Please do not worry about the orange colour of the slogan it is exactly the same shade of orange as in #67. Due to colour limitations in the small jpeg files we upload onto the site, colours may appear slightly off. (reds and oranges in general). No need to say that the final file will not have this oroblem.
