What We Do

A new residential neighborhood. We develop single-family home and multi-family home neighborhoods for people to live in. This neighborhood is in a city that is very popular and is exploding in population growth. Middle-class to Upper-class neighborhood. The ground is developed on fairly flat farm ground.
-Colors: Olive Green and a medium colored blue (not royal blue and not light blue but somewhere in between)
-We do not want to see any logos with houses or runners, etc. as that is overused. The development is named after the developer's father. (Meaning of first name and his father was a runner)
-We would like to see a design with bold text as people would be reading signs on the property during the construction process so we want the name to be easily readable from the street during the construction phase as well as when a neighborhood sign is done.
