Designed keeping in mind the following things
Concept : I have tried to add those small "arc" shapes to the 4 sides which symbolizes crown shape as your brand is more of luxurious , antique type bringing your brand to a whole new look and level. Keeping it simple as your original icon with a slight modification which gives your brand it's recognition.

Things to remember ( for clients )
1 - Max two colors to avoid printing problems 2 - The logo works well on both stationary and corporate Identity . 3 - Very less gradients are used to avoid printing problems 4 - Looks good in black and white
IMO go for no gradient logos they scale well, fit well , looks well .
