#68 is my favorite of the versions. can you bolden the "Wind Power Services, LLC" as well? perhaps, we could change the font all together and use a font that is gives each letter more width?

I am hoping you can expand on this concept a bit. I think the middle part with the windmills is perfect, but I would like to see some variation of the outer band (with the lettering). perhaps "wind power services, llc" can go on a line underneath the logo? I like the official feel of this logo.
