Our target audience is mainly blue collar workers. These plants and facilities are located mainly in the midwest. Age range of target audience is between 35-65
Boiler repair includes a lot of certified welding on projects.
Lifestyles of target audience vary but include, hunting, fishing, and nascar seem to be popular with target audience.
Color Preferences
Red, Grey, Black, White. We are not set in stone on a color scheme so open to ideas just no green or Purple.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Boiler and pressure vessel repair / mechanical construction best describes our work. We do a lot of welding of plate and pipe. Maybe something in the logo that shows welding and steel plate.
We will be making a decision soon. My guy that does our printing, etc asked if the winning designer can also produce a Vector Rod File? Will you be able to give us that as well?

I like this. Try the FBW with same letter style as FUSION that you have here. Also, in the word FUSION, can you put breaks or seperations in the FUO and N? Hard for me to explain but kinda like a few small separations in the letters.

So if you look at the F in Fusion, the second horizontal line in the F, pull it away slightly. The U would be as if you cut it in half down the middle making a slight separation, same with the O. The N pulled away slightly from the first vertical. hope this helps. what you have looks good, just tweaking a few looks.
