Funky RusticLogo Design Contest

The colors and pixellated "funky" font are great. The "rustic" font is too graffiti / urban, and instead of paint the background would better be wood or stone (though that is harder to pull off in vector).

I don.t understand how #16 is either funky or rustic and yet you got it in first place.

Thanks for the wood background, however the outline still indicates that it is wet paint. How about a piece of raw wood with tree grain texture?

You're right about #16 being in first. We requested funky, rustic but also professional. Those things don't really work well together, but 16 got "funk" with the jumbled letters and had a very clever use of the tuning fork, so it ends up looking slick, but definitely not that funky or rustic.

Also would it be possible to replace the Rustic font with the same kind of font and textured effect as #6 uses for its "Rustic"?

Actually the outline shows a hole in the wall revealing wood behind it.
