Very elegant wolv. It is vaguely medieval (or celtic maybe) in its shape and flow. I like all the variations - it sits well inside a circle. You could try and wrap it around the surface of a sphere? (It looks like it could be related to the classic pharmacy guild design of a snake wrapped around a sword.)

Could you have a look at a screen shot of the web page that is under development - so you can see the space that it is to fit into...

Still would ideally like a tag to the name fundsforum that relates to conversation - a small speech balloon coming off the end of forum? Maybe that is trying to squeeze too much into it...

updates on the logo. i adjust the color to match the website preview. i think the logo looks great on the website, tried some experiments, unfortunately i cannot upload here.
about the speech bubble, ... the style of the logo is conservative elegant, i don't think it first with speech bubbles,... however if you want to explain the company you can use tagline. i put some tagline example you can change it to a better perhaps because my English is not too good.

Agree about the speech bubble...have had a think about the tagline...nothing yet...but I think it's good advice to use this type of approach given the audience.

The logo is looking good. Think I prefer the sphere concept to the simple text (but I like that fact that the text can easily stand alone - so its an easy variant).
