Personal Training Studio/Gym focused on creating functional efficient body movement. We train in body movement rather than muscular aesthetic. We train anyone with a body that wants to move efficiently. We believe the body changes as we age and we adapt our training principles to age appropriate population. Our majority population is people 40 and up.

1. Where each letter is a person doing an athletic movement, or can have athletic motions surrounding" "Functional Fitness & Performance". also try to incorporate people of all ages into the word, like infant(baby crawling), kid, teen, adult, pro athlete, elders; or even be creative as to every letter is a different sport movement

2. FFP as a logo in the shape of a diamond, shield, circle, or cube; with or without the words Functional Fitness & Performance.

3. FFP in a creative design that intermingles all the letters, but does not have to intermingle like my SG design, but use similar shape or different shape with FFP

4. Name of business in a font that is official status, strong, simple, elegant, bold, and comfortable to the eye.

5. I am open to all suggestions, a logo that appeals to everyone. Any person that moves their body should be able to relate to the logo; athletes, parents, children, or seniors.

6. I would like to see Athletic character/outlines within the logo somehow.
