1. The font is unique. It is not a modification of an existing font, but was developed by me from scratch. I completed the last of the letters only this morning and have yet to draw the numbers, punctuation marks and special characters. This is the first time this font has ever been submitted.
2. I know you asked for a water droplet and you have a number of great designs that incorporate this concept. So, wanted to offer something a little different. The intersecting concentric circle/ripple effect is a very flexible image and offers considerable scope for interesting brand development projects.
I've retained the same basic concept, but have simplified the ripples and introduced some constructive interference. Again, the idea is not only to deliver a recognisable logotype, but also an image that lends itself to creative stationery and collateral designs, as well as signage, etc.
Hi... I cannot post a revision to entry #126, which was uploaded prior to your last public comment. I think this might be because I am no longer in the top 5, but I am new to the site and cannot be sure this is the reason.
We've moved you to the 2nd spot. IF you have a few minutes and want to post some revisions, we will move you to the top spot for a few minutes to do so. We are interested in what else you have to offer. THANKS Let us know - we will promote it.
Hi and thank you so much for your message. I would love the opportunity to submit revisions.
You have promoted entry #74... is there anything in particular about this concept that you would like me to experiment with? I had also planned a revision to #126... it was a relatively minor revision in that I mixed the sizes of the circles up a little. Are you interested at all in this concept?
We're open to as many revisions as you want. There are 2 of us judging with an other giving input and we're definitly not all on the same page right now...you're willingness to respond and keep working on it is impressing us
Concentric circles on the #74 is what we keyed in on...as you can see from our other top ranked...we're open to more abstract....the addition of squares in the design is bothering one of us - but not the other...one wants everything circles - the other likes the breaking out of the box aspect of yours...we tend to be keying in on left side graphic alignment and dropping the word Resources is a very viable option.
I've tried to build on the ideas of #74 by retaining the 'out-of-the-box' concept, but with boundaries of the box less visible. I've also added some bolder colours, repositioned the icon and dropped the 'Resources'. I wasn't sure how you felt about the original font, so I used a sans serif.
Do you like the direction this is heading? Any developments on this idea you would like me to explore?
Entry #145 is inspired by your earlier comment: "within the Full Circle larger community intersect, something new will come into being...it's not chaos but creation"
Within the full circle, the various ripples intersect and, in so doing, an abstract human figure is created.
Hi... I can experiment with the colours but, because only the 1st placed designer can submit in the Judging' phase, I will not be able to upload anything. Will you have an opportunity to juggle the placings again before the contest ends?
Regarding #178... the idea is that the circles all revolve around the center, maintaining a sense of concentricity. But, the large white and green circles also 'travel' within the large blue circle, whilst the small white circle remains central, representing both a journey and a focus.
