50% of our buyers and sellers live in Wenatchee, WA (working class town about 100,000 people) and the other 50% of our buyers are generally from the PUGET SOUND (seattle, wa) area that are buying second homes and retirement homes in Lake Chelan, WA and Leavenworth. / We are offer 300 days of sunshine, four seasons, clean water, big lakes, rivers, mountains, clean air, LESS traffic.... three hours to the west by car you have maybe 50 days of sunshine.... the weather patter and trafffic push people are way. From Seattle to Lake Chelan and Leavenworth.
