if your goal is to keep the cost of printed shirts and materials down then also be aware that gradients will effect this factor as well as multiple colors. As printing merchandise is my primary business I would advise you to stick to a simple design that can be easily done and look good with one solid color.
Thank you for both the designs and the feedback regarding future costs. Of the two designs, I am most drawn to #10. I think there is potential to use the horizon that extends from the tree and actually show people using the trail in a few different ways. No one in the contest has latched on to this, but we would like to be able to show the trail could be used and to show it being used by young and old.
Nice additions. I have some additional feedback after connecting with other folks in the group. We think that the green tree and color of #9 is the best concept to build on. Will you add a horizon to that design and drop the text portion below the horizon? The activity on the horizon should be a parent and child walking and then someone cross-country skiing/shoeshowing/birdwatching alone.
We would put the text in a sans serif font, either all caps or capital/lowercase combination, that emphasizes "Dover Greenway." We like the font used for the "Dover Greenway" in #9.
Thanks again for your work on this. We appreciate it.
Yeah....can you tell you are getting direction from an accountant? All of this is not my first language, and I apologize if I am coming off as an askhole with the requests. Thanks for sticking with us through it.
