Hi everybody. I think that the logo should be "fretsch" only, and not the slogan.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Ranking designs regularly will encourage participation and keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closed it will enter a Judging phase. You can re-rank designs while in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions.

Hi guys - thanks for all the entries.

One thing to consider - since we are working with a wordmark or logotype - we hope that more of you will pay attention to the typeface.

Let me clarify: Although we maybe not expect you to draw a totally new typeface, we appreciate if the typeface is somehow unique. This could be a typeface, which was altered to accomodate the look and feel of fretsch.

Also - do not take the "lucida grande" typefaces on our web and associate websites to serious as a benchmark. We actually encourages you look into typefaces with more character.

So please keep up the good work and we hope to see more exciting logos up there:-)

Hi guys. Even though we like a lot of the logos up there, none of them are quite what we are looking for. Feel free to think outside the box, and come up with something completely new.
