What We Do

I am a personal chef offering in-home curated meals prepared and cooked in the client's kitchen. My cooking style is fresh, seasonal, great tasting food. All ingredients are fresh, organic when possible, and locally sourced when possible. All items are free of GMOs and other not-so-good-for-you ingredients.

My target audience is mainly people who focus on good-quality food. Not necessarily health-nuts, but people who want to taste good food. My target is also people who may be too busy to cook for themselves or they want to have a restaurant-quality meal at home for their friends or family for any occasion or no reason at all.

Color Preferences

Ideally, I'd love to have the colors of the rainbow in my logo to show both natural, healthy foods (eat the rainbow) and being part of the LGBT community, but without being overtly LGBT-centric.

This is a strong desire depending on how it looks and fits with the design and not an absolute requirement.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

I'd like to have a logo that can be easily embroidered onto a chef's coat and apron, so nothing too intricate. I like clean looking, easily identifiable logos/designs.

Hi Everyone! Thanks so much for all the submissions already. I'm trying to get through them all and provide you with my feedback as soon as I can.

Some designers have included the logo on a black background, which is great. My chef's coat and apron will most likely be black, so I'd like to see the logos with both a black and a white background. The white background will help me see what it will look like on my website as well.

Thanks again everyone! Looking forward to seeing the designs and working closely with you.

Thanks to all the designers who've submitted so far. I'm seeing a lot of logos that have a vegetable or fruit tied to it. Just a reminder that it's not necessarily health food, but it's fresh food. Food doesn't necessarily have to be part of the logo either. I've seen some good designs that didn't have any food component at all.

Also, font is very important to me for the aesthetic of the logo.

Thanks again everyone! Looking forward to picking my favorite logos!
