The song made me think 'open road' 'road trip' 'route 66'

Right on, Husk! We like both entries--#23 and #24. Only problem with #24 is that the "F" in that font is difficult to distinguish from a "T" at a glance. Any other funky, retro fonts you could use?

We would like to see a version with green rather than yellow, too, please....although the yellow definitely fits the Route 66 idea much better!

Funny how music speaks in a way that words can't.....

Sorry...one more thing...although we like the Web 2.0 shine factor, we're thinking that it doesn't necessarily fit so much with funky-retro. Any thoughts on "funking it up" rather than making it shiny?

Thanks for the feedback, I am definitely into retro, so i can try a few variations if that is a direction you're interested in. Maybe look in my portfolio for a few other examples, something might spark something off.

Thanks for the updates, Husk! I do like the simplicity of the microjungle logo.

And, as usual, the designer is always right....the yellow in #23 still has the best contrast and appeal to me. Although my mind wants less web 2.0, it still looks more polished to me.

Can you put the #25 text treatment on the #23 icon? It has a more retro feel, but is still readable. It might be too much going on, but we would like to see it.

Appreciate your beautiful work!

I know thats not what you asked for, but I had been thinking more about the concept of a free ride - here a bird on horseback making the horse rear up.
