#52 and 53.....I like!!! can you change the brown to more of a nice bright RED color? Love the other option but would like to see red instead.

Also. the "swoosh" looks alot like Nike's trademarked Swoosh...I think the black part isa bit much...resulting into 2 swooshes. What other ideas do you have? Perhaps just one modified swoosh or two or different? Although I like your two coordinating logos so I can have the two connecting ones so I can use in different settings. Can you please help to update?

Yes sir, no problem, I'll be working on the changes tomorrow
in the morning. Tonight I'll be thinking of ideas for the swoosh :).

BigGenius - AHHHHHHH I see I only have one hour left and I like your logos ALOT but I'm really afraid that US Trademark and the public are going to think the "swoosh" looks too much like the Nike Swoosh logo. Is there anyway to change that part completely?

Thank you for making the changes. I am selecting your logo as first place. I wanted a vertical logo like the on I have placed of yours in first place. Can you make a coordinating horizontal name logo modifying #87 to match #108?

I want these two logos to be my offical logos I use for my marketing. Once I finalize yours as first place in the system and close it out, what format can I get the logos in? Is there any way I can get the following:

Full color versions as shown in the following formats (.jpg and .eps)
Then black and white versions in (.jpg and .eps)

Would you be willing to help me with other work as I need it? Money is tight but hopefully you have affordable rates. I would like these final versions once completed to be converted to a silver or gold version of the logos that I could use for luxury/more expensive properties.

I need the #116 version to NOT have the Nike type Swoosh and match #108. So the text and lines are right but the swoosh needs removed and have it look like #108.

Hi David.

The 3 have a small difference in the size of the lines under the house, # 119, # 120, # 118 from largest to smallest.

Personally I like the look of # 119, the lines have the same size as Real Estate.

I tried to select you as First and Second place winners but it said First, Second, and Third designs need to be different designers. My final selection of yours were the matching logos #108 and 120.

Thank you so much for your help. As we discussed can you upload the final version of the logos #108 & 120 including:

1.) Full color version of both #108 and #120 in .jpg and .eps WITH white background
2.) Full color version of both #108 and #120 in .jpg and .eps WITHOUT background (transparent so I can place on other color backgrounds. With the white background deleted)
3.) Just the house and 3 towers part of the logo without the name in .jpg and .eps (In BOTH Color and Black & White)
4.) Black and White version of #108 and #120 in .jpg and .eps WITH white background
4.) Black and White verison of #108 and #120 in .jpg and .eps WITHOUT background

I know this is alot of versions but I greatly appreciate all your help in getting these different verisons. I look forward to working with you in the future. Please send me your email address so i can have you help me with additional work when I can afford it in the future.
