Hi Sir! My take on your logo! The IDEA behind creating the logo is in the line of speedometer as "F&D". Hope You see the F as in green arrow -6 blocks and red arrow-3 blocks as D which connected by orange dot. Hope you like it. Your feedback will help me to serve you my best.

Can I be clear - I'd like an image that is based around on what you see in a car dashboard and the speedometer.

We don't need any text (Franchisee Development) outside the image - just the suggested text as noted in the posting on the noticeboard.
