Hi there, please find attached my entries. The whole thing that makes St Louis style pizza different is the square slices. So I've used square style as my main concept. I've created a pizza icon that has been cut into squares. The center piece is taken out and placed and the bottom to hold the & - removing the center also suggests the fact your restaurant is at the heart of St Louis style. I've used a square font style that is fun and family friendly and would appeal to all age groups, this again links with the square pizza. Also given a tagline which says a little bit more by saying your restaurant is "The PERFECT slice of St. Louis Style". The colors are also bright and eye catching.
