Please try making the "O" a the head of an octagon bolt, like the pictures attached in the briefing to demonstrate work, strength, innovation, etc.... and try also using the idea on #19 and #56 where there is something "umbrella like" covering the whole logo, symbolizing protection. the colors that we have been liking are bright blue, bright orange, steel gray and bright green.
