this logo is very catchy; i'm trying to stay away from the FO idea...it just reminds me of "foe" too much, as in fake. What is your opinion? if you are attached to that idea, then i can certainly create many versions with that. As far as this design, do you like the font style? color? feedback is very important to me.

here is one with the FO in mind. i like the idea for you to come up with something totally different from the "W"...afterall, it is all about you now, so hopefully we can come up with a design that will get the same attention as your previous one.

Vidi, I like #19 even though it is a big departure from what we had. What if the F in 19 were in red and I think would like to see my silver braces underneath the orthodontics (tried to upload actual jpeg of my logo to this website with no luck) I could e-mail to you if you like or let me know if there is a way to get images onto the logotournament website...thanks, nice job

vidi, also on #19 would like to see it with my "F" in red to keep some "familiarity" or continuity with the old logo

you mentioned after seeying my portfolio you might be missing out on color...i believe sometimes less is more...and in the meantime....i gave you some color....i think less is more.

more color, actually this direction may compliment the "hollywood" theme in your site...i'll try other lights.

did you get the logo? If not I placed a copy on my website (forrestortho.com) on the homepage under the map click where it says "view logo" for a jpeg of the actual logo. Would like to see 19 with the braces running underneath "orthodontics".
Hope this helps- thanks

here is a logo preserving your "f"...slightly different font style on the bottom.
I think, in response to your most recent comment, about how no one seems to want to use the old logo....you've entered a contest and designers rarely prefer to use or copy other or old logos...you requested a new logo here...we are trying to bring you that...just my opinion.

VIDI, wanted to update you with more input. I thought was you said in last reply was interesting and very understandable. I understand that designers would much prefer to come up with a design that they can call their own, I have an existing business with a well recognized logo (albeit locally). This logo is easily recognized by my referring doctors as well as patients and potential clients. So to take it to no doubt an extreme, if McDonalds decided to retool or redesign their logo, Im not sure they would scrap the golden arches, entirely (unless for some unusual reason the logo quickly became associated with something negative- which is not the case here). So not only am I personally fond of the old logo, there doesnt seem to be alot of upside to losing all familiarity with or similarity to the old logo. Now I can understand looking at someone elses works and judging it inferior, but from a business perspective I hope you can see why I would be reluctant to loose built in recognition factor.
Thanks, I look forward to your further comments
