I really like your colour scheme and the PM portion of the logo.
Could you please try and change the F in Form to be more prominent. Perhaps you could change the M in Form to add some interest.

In Entry #80 and #85 could you please change the red to two different shades of blue. One dark blue and one lighter blue. Thanks in advance.

Entry #150 is good colours, can you please try and reduce the size of the font in the PM like entry #80 and also remove the triangle piece above the M in the logo.
