I'm very impressed - and torn - with your two designs. As much as I truly like ALL of the others (and I do! I do!) I keep coming back to yours! I like the one on the left above because it is flat rather than "arced" - and Florida IS flat by all means. So. What's missing?? Could you possibly "insert" a palm tree or two - without over-taking your overall design? There is a design out there that incorporates the pines, the palms and a house (and even a dock - which would not apply - our lake isn't that big, being only 5.3 acres). But I'm still drawn to yours for the impact and lasting affect. Thank you for your submissions and your consideration. ~trish
I know the contest has ended -- and I'm probably going to select your entry #39 but was wondering if you could just "tweak" the letter colors? I don't know if it's too late or not - please let me know! I haven't yet ranted #40 but am going to put that up as a very close #2 - primarily because I like the block letters and the only thing I would change in that one, too, is the overall letter colors. Either a green forsest and a blue lake would be good - the best (in my mind) would be the "ohmbre effect" where the letter starts out green at the top and transitions into blue on the bottom.
Please let me know if it's do-able before I select the "winner"! I think everybody is a winner with these great designs! But...we have to pick, don't we??
Aji~ Your work is brilliant and I think I've told you that before! I love the updates/changes that you did for me and now I'm in a real quandry! I want to rank 2 different designers (you and kib...[I forget the numbers]) as my number 1 choice because I want to purchase both designs. When I started this "contest" I didn't have high expectations - having never searched for a logo using this method. I've always hoped I'd find a designer that I could work with and we'd figure it out together...or not. I was absolutely blown away at the number of entries and the creativity and diversity of all of the designs - liking each new one more than the last great one! It has been torture narrowing it down to two - but I find I kept going back to the designs put up by the two of you. I realize that I have to rank 1 and choose 1. I contacted LogoTournament.com and they advised that I could contact any of the other designers of my liking to negotiate the purchase of their posted designs. I'm going to rank kib #1 because that fits well with my initial purpose and colors, etc. I'd like to know if you are amenable to discussing the purchase of your design as well. I don't really know what the point system is or how significant it is from your perspective, but I will put yours up as #2 so that if there are points associated with the placement, you will benefit. Other than that, I would like to know if you would consider allowing me to purchase your logo design and for how much? Thank you for your wonderful artwork and your ongoing interest.
